Jasmine Jasudavicius Calls for Natalia Silva Title Fight After Upsetting Erin Blanchfield at UFC Edmonton
Jasmine Jasudavicius pulled off a massive upset as she outpointed Erin Blanchfield in the co-main event of UFC Edmonton.
Flyweight Jasmine Jasudavicius stunned her hometown crowd with a unanimous decision victory over reigning champion Erin Blanchfield at UFC Edmonton. The Canadian outmaneuvered one of the division's top grapplers, securing three dominant takedowns and controlling the fight on the ground to earn the decision. Jasudavicius, who holds a 7-1 record in her last eight UFC fights, told reporters she is calling out current women's flyweight champion Natalia Silva for a rematch.
If she can unseat Silva, Jasudavicius would have the chance to step up to the title picture, which could feature Alexa Grasso or Valentina Shevchenko next.
