¿Dónde encontrar la oferta más completa de fondos de inversión?

Finding the most comprehensive selection of investment funds in Spain is a challenging task due to the multiplying options in recent years. The growing competition among financial entities, digital banks, and neobanks has expanded investment choices, making entry barriers lower for retail investors. However, significant differences exist among providers, including the number of available products, management firms worked with, fees, and minimum investment amounts.

MyInvestor stands out with one of the most developed traditional investment fund offerings in the Spanish market. They trade around 2,500 funds from over 200 national and international management firms, including well-known giants like BlackRock, Vanguard, Fidelity, Amundi, and JPMorgan Asset Management, as well as local firms such as Cobas, Magallanes, and Dunas.

Trade Republic, a neobank, started with a focus on stock trading but has recently expanded to compete in the investment fund market. Through its platform, they offer around 2,000 funds, including ETFs and active management funds, some of which are recently added. They provide access to major players like BlackRock, Vanguard, JPMorgan Asset Management, and Invesco, and recently launched funds from Spanish management firms like Cobas, Azvalor, and Magallanes. Their advantage lies in low entry points, with some products as low as a euro to invest.

Revolut, known for its popular card, remunerated account, and cryptocurrency offerings, has a smaller catalog of traditional investment funds. Currently, they only provide money market funds (from a single manager, Fidelity), but they are working on expanding their Spanish fund offerings. Revolut excels in competitiveness when it comes to listed products, offering access to ETFs from various markets and allowing automated periodic investments.

They also trade commodities-linked products, crypto-linked products, and inverse and leveraged strategies.

Openbank, Santander's digital bank, also boasts one of the broadest fund selections in the market. They trade over 3,000 funds from more than 150 management firms, including active and indexed products with exposure to various markets, sectors, and assets. They allow investing as low as a euro in many of their catalog products, with no additional subscription, refund, transfer, or custody fees. Their ETF, ETP, and ETN fund catalog is also highly competitive, with over 1,200 available options.

Self Bank, part of Singular Bank, distinguishes itself by offering an extensive catalog of over 10,000 funds from more than 250 national and international management firms. Their platform enables comparing products through filters for categories, management firms, risk level, or currency. They do not charge custody fees for most funds, except for indexed ones, and offer personalized advice for portfolios over 100,000 euros.

Renta 4 is one of the few traditional entities competing directly with the most digital banks in fund offerings. Their catalog combines national and international management firms' products with their own Renta 4 management firm. Unlike neobanks, one of their main attractions is the possibility of combining digital trading with personalized advice and in-office assistance.
