Vilakazi says Chiefs won’t underestimate Zambia’s Red Arrows

Kaizer Chiefs winger Mfundo Vilakazi has assured that the team will not underestimate Zambia's Red Arrows when they face them in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup. The match is set to take place at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola, commencing at 3 pm. Vilakazi, speaking to Chiefs media on Friday, mentioned that despite the scorching heat, the team has been training well and is ready for the game.

Vilakazi emphasized that while they aim to secure a win, they will not take Red Arrows lightly. He stated, "We saw some of them in our video session. They are a good team, and we won't underestimate them." Vilakazi, a former player at the stadium during Amakhosi's victory over Zesco United last season, expressed his confidence, saying, "Last time we played here we won so I think we must do the same again."

Regarding his recent inclusion in the national U-20 squad, Vilakazi expressed happiness but reiterated his primary focus on his club's preparations for the match.
