Manchester United conqueror reveals key to Leeds ending 54-year War of Roses wait

Jermaine Beckford, a former Leeds United player, believes that the key to the club ending the 54-year "War of Roses" with Manchester United lies in the team's aggression and confidence. The 42-year-old was at Elland Road this week, doing media duties ahead of the latest fixture in the rivalry. Despite Leeds' only blip so far this season, a single-goal defeat to Arsenal, Manchester United has faced numerous issues in recent weeks, including a loss to Tottenham Hotspur and a 2-0 defeat to Atlético Madrid.

However, Beckford is confident that Leeds' application and performance will be as strong as ever against the English champions. The key to success, according to Beckford, is maintaining aggression, which has been a dominant factor in Leeds' game this season. The team has been ranked highly in the Premier League for duels, 50-50 challenges, dribble defending, and ball recoveries.

This aggression, combined with Leeds' fitness and fitness, will give them a strong chance of securing a victory over Manchester United in their next encounter.
