José Mourinho: If I were Vinicius, I wouldn't be at Real Madrid

José Mourinho, speaking at a press conference ahead of Real Madrid's match against Sevilla, expressed his thoughts on the team's current state and Vinicius' performance. The coach noted that the team was tired but confident for the upcoming match, while also acknowledging the strong competition from Sevilla. Mourinho emphasized the importance of versatility in midfielders and the difficulty of the position.

Regarding Vinicius, Mourinho questioned why the player was at Real Madrid, suggesting that he would not be there if he were in his position. He attributed Vinicius' difficult game to poor information flow from the management, and stated that he believes the player will start the next match after receiving five substitutions. Vinicius' manager, Arda Güler, praised his work ethic and versatility, while Real Madrid's president, Florentino Tebas, declined to comment on the situation.

Vinicius himself expressed curiosity about the team's arrival and departure times and defended his performance, acknowledging the need for improvement.
