Bluesky has introduced an expanded Attie AI tool that enables users to generate small social applications, including games, polls, and dashboards, by merely providing a description through a prompt. Initially launched as a means to create custom Bluesky feeds, Attie has now evolved into a platform for crafting standalone social apps that can be shared via personal websites.

At TechCrunch Disrupt, Bluesky CEO Toni Schneider described Attie as "social vibe coding or vibe coding for your community." With the launch of the Attie site builder, users can now construct straightforward social pages like an AMA, a guestbook, or a survey for friends. To kickstart the process, a few pre-made examples are available for users to customize and share at attie.ai.

Users can create an Attie app by inputting a description of their desired AI-generated application. For instance, a straightforward poll contrasting Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue was generated within minutes. Upon creation, each app is assigned a unique link within the attie.site domain, accompanied by a credit line revealing its creator.

Demonstrations of Attie's capabilities include Flappy Butterfly, a recreation of the popular Flappy Bird game, alongside a drum machine, a quiz, and an idle clicker game focusing on a celery-themed character. These instances highlight Attie's ability to construct more than just polls or feeds, although the created apps remain relatively uncomplicated.

This development marks a significant shift in Attie's purpose, transforming it from a tool for Bluesky feed creation into a more extensive AI-driven platform for constructing and disseminating compact social web experiences.
