U2 is set to embark on a 2027 stadium tour called "The Greatest Show on Earth," as announced on October 15. The band will be joined by Beck for Latin American dates. In a statement, U2 challenged themselves to deliver an unforgettable concert experience, promising "the best night of anybody's life" with theatrical flair and rock n' roll.
The tour kicks off in Mexico City on February 23 at Estadio GNP Seguros, followed by performances in São Paulo, Brazil, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Additional dates in Europe and North America are expected to be announced soon. The tour also coincides with the release of U2's new single, "The Greatest Show on Earth," which is the third song from their upcoming album Carnaval De Luz.
The album, expected to be released on November 13, features contributions from various artists including Martin Garrix, Daniel Lanois, Ryan Tedder, and a duet between Bono and Dolly Parton. U2 will begin preselling tickets for the stadium tour on October 19, with the general sale starting on October 22.
