Sindh Orders Action Against Absent and Late-Coming Employees

Sindh's Industries and Commerce Minister, Jam Ikramullah Dharejo, has issued immediate disciplinary measures for employees who have failed to show up for work or arrive late at the Sindh Industrial and Trading Estate (SITE) in Karachi. This directive was conveyed during a surprise inspection of the SITE premises, where the minister personally examined attendance records and assessed the efficiency of different departments.

Accompanied by SITE's Managing Director, Ahmed Fawad Shah, Dharejo directed officials to enforce strict adherence to office hours and emphasized that non-compliance would result in significant legal and administrative consequences. The minister also inspected the cleanliness, security, and discipline within the workplace, urging the management to rectify any deficiencies and enhance overall operational standards.

Additionally, Dharejo stressed the importance of maintaining transparency in administrative procedures, boosting departmental performance, and offering requisite facilities to the business community.
