Czech robotics firm FLÆ Robotics has secured over €1 million in Seed funding to advance its AI hospitality agent, BE-A. The investment, led by Purple Ventures and Garage Angels, will enable the company to enhance product features, strengthen integrations with hotel systems, expand its team, and venture into international markets.

FLÆ Robotics' founder and CEO, Filip Linek, explained that hotel staff routinely manage a significant amount of repetitive inquiries and tasks via email, phone, and other channels. BE-A aims to go beyond simply answering questions and interact with hotel systems to streamline workflows, freeing up staff to focus on guest experiences and situations requiring human expertise.

The funding comes as several European startups have invested in AI-powered hospitality software this year. Oslo-based Altek AI raised €423k for autonomous guest communication and deeper integrations, while Germany's happyhotel secured €6.5 million for AI agents in hotel revenue management. Italy's profitize also received €1.4 million for AI-driven hospitality financial planning.

FLÆ Robotics' General Partner, Jan Davídek, stated that the funding will aid in expanding BE-A's capabilities, honing integrations, and serving more hotels in global markets. The company reports that BE-A is currently utilized by more than 60 hotels across the UK, Germany, and the Czech Republic, having handled around 265,000 messages and voice interactions across nearly 160,000 conversations in July and August 2026.

On average, the platform processed more than 4,000 interactions per day, completing over 3,400 hotel bookings without human intervention.
