BYU’s other injured running back ‘has a chance’ to play against Notre Dame

BYU's offensive coordinator Aaron Roderick revealed that sophomore running back Sione Moa has been granted permission to play against Notre Dame on Saturday. Moa, who suffered a knee injury in the opening game against Utah Tech, underwent surgery to repair a torn MCL and PCL. Roderick emphasized the need to ensure Moa's well-being and stated that the decision to start him will depend on his readiness.

With several key running backs injured, Roderick noted that Moa will likely be called upon, alongside other freshmen, to take on shared responsibilities.
