Modest Mouse put on a delightful performance at New York's Pier 17 rooftop for the end of their fall tour promoting their new album An Eraser and a Maze. On October 8th, Isaac Brock was in top form, interacting with the audience and even adding "Cowboy Dan" to the setlist due to a fan's plea. The highlight of the evening came when Brock remembered his friend's 86th birthday and called Dave to wish him a happy birthday via FaceTime.
The crowd joined in, singing "Happy Birthday" on the phone as Brock held it up for all to see. The night consisted of a diverse setlist, covering the band's entire career, with six tracks from their latest album Eraser. The band's laid-back atmosphere and Brock's upbeat demeanor made for a memorable and enjoyable concert experience.
