Unified Network Spectroscopy: Inferring Reduced Biological Dynamics from Fluctuations under Structured Noise and Broken Ergodicity
Mechanistic models of biological networks predict but cannot be calibrated at scale, while learned representations describe but expose no dynamical operator.
