Raptors' Kawhi Leonard reveals true feelings on how reunion with Toronto is going after the trade
In his second stint with the Toronto Raptors it has been a little more of an adjustment for the two time NBA champion. Kawhi Leonard is being vocal about what all he has been learning since returning.
Toronto Raptors made it a priority to bring back Kawhi Leonard after realizing he might be available, leading to a trade from the Los Angeles Clippers. The trade, initially agreed upon on June 30, faced a delay due to an NBA investigation into the Clippers for salary cap violations. Leonard, now the older player, expressed feeling good about the new transition and the fun experience of getting to know his teammates and coaches.
He emphasized taking things slowly and being a good teammate. Leonard's return is seen as a significant asset for the Raptors, who hope to continue building a strong team for the future.
