Beyond the rapid charging speed, the new chargers will boast an updated cable design for better maneuverability and a touchless payment interface. EVgo's new stations will also incorporate dynamic power sharing, allowing the available charge rate to be distributed between connected EVs, eliminating concerns about older EVs potentially monopolizing the fast plug.
