Russia attacks Kyiv again with missiles and drones, sparking fires at an educational facility and the roof of a five-story apartment building

Russian forces launched missile and drone attacks on Kyiv overnight on September 29, according to Ukraine’s Air Force. The assaults targeted multiple districts within the city.
