PCBDDA opens applications for youth career programme

LAHORE – The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) has launched applications for its Youth Career Program 2026, providing an avenue for recent graduates to acquire hands-on work experience via a three-month paid internship. Aimed at bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world professional settings, the initiative offers internships across various sectors, including technical, commercial, finance, human resources, information technology, operations, legal, procurement, land and estate, audit, and geographic information systems (GIS).

CEO Imran Amin of CBD Punjab emphasized that youth is pivotal to Punjab’s future and that the program is crafted to equip young professionals with practical skills, enhance their career readiness, and foster understanding of the development process behind major projects. Selected interns will be compensated and can engage in the program for up to three months.

Eligibility mandates a minimum of 16 years of education, a CGPA of 3.0, and the applicant must be a recent graduate not exceeding 25 years of age. Successful candidates will receive a stipend and can apply online through CBD Punjab’s career portal, with applications closing on October 12, 2026. The PCBDDA urges eligible young graduates to apply, leveraging the opportunity to gain valuable professional exposure and insight into the planning and execution of significant urban and economic development initiatives.
