OHE snag near Moula Ali disrupts train services, restoration under way

A technical snag in the Overhead Equipment (OHE) near Moula Ali Railway Station disrupted train services on the Secunderabad–Kazipet section on Sunday, the South Central Railway (SCR) reported. A few trains were temporarily regulated and detained as a precautionary measure. The Sathavahana Express was eventually cleared, while the Palnadu Express, which had been halted at Moula Ali station, was assisted by a diesel locomotive to continue its journey.

In response to the disruption, SCR announced that Train No. 17659 Secunderabad–Bhadrachalam Road Kakatiya Express would bypass Moula Ali station and run via the Malkajgiri route. Railway personnel have swiftly initiated restoration efforts to rectify the OHE problem and restore normal operations, with completion anticipated shortly.
