Florida football showed why its run game may be the best in the country vs Ole Miss

Florida's powerful run game put Ole Miss to shame in a 52-28 victory. Coach Jon Sumrall initially lost his headset during the game, only to lose another one after being handed a replacement by officials. As he clicked the new headset into place, a hole appeared in the Ole Miss defense, allowing Florida's Duke Clark to capitalize on the opportunity.

Running back Jadan Baugh, who had already amassed 142 yards and three touchdowns on the day, watched from the sidelines with pride as Clark scampered for a 45-yard touchdown. Baugh's exceptional performance, marked by his Heisman-like tally of 11 touchdowns through four games, helped Florida secure their position at the top of the SEC.

Running back Baugh and defensive star Clark formed an unbeatable duo, with both players scoring impressive 100-yard games. The Gators' running game was the driving force behind their impressive 302 rushing yards, setting a new high for the program since 2001.
