Filiz Albrecht: „Ich halte nichts von Cowboy-Mentalität und autoritärer Führung“

Filiz Albrecht, who recently resigned from her position at Bosch, has expressed her disdain for a "cowboy mentality and authoritarian leadership." The 54-year-old, who spent nearly her entire career in automotive suppliers, recently published her first book, "Führung am Kipp-Punkt," which offers insights on leadership during times of crisis.

Albrecht's career trajectory has been marked by high-pressure situations such as crisis negotiations and large-scale workforce reductions, as well as her own unconventional rise to leadership. Despite her success, Albrecht now doubts the performance principle, arguing that leaders should be humble, transparent, and actively listen to others.
