Emirates Group opens aviation, tech and graduate career paths for Emiratis

Dubai - Emirati students, recent graduates and seasoned professionals will soon have the chance to explore a broader range of career options within aviation, technology, engineering, cargo and customer-focused roles through Emirates Group's upcoming Ru'ya Careers UAE event. Scheduled from September 28 to 30 at Dubai World Trade Centre, the careers fair will highlight employment opportunities across the airline and dnata, a division of Emirates Group.

The programmes and roles available cater to a diverse group, ranging from the National Cadet Pilot Programme and Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence Programme to IT Graduate Programme, cabin crew internships, graduate positions, and experienced professional roles. The career paths extend beyond traditional aviation, encompassing flight operations, engineering, airport services, cargo, technology, data, commercial, customer experience, and corporate functions.

Yousuf bin Lahej, Vice President of Emiratisation and Government Relations at Emirates Group, emphasized the group's commitment to Emiratisation, stating that it involves providing UAE Nationals with the chance to build meaningful careers, contribute to the organization's mission of connecting Dubai and the UAE with the world, and participate in the nation's growth and aspirations.
