Bijan Robinson runs roughshod over the Packers as the Falcons breeze to a 35-14 victory

Bijan Robinson led the Atlanta Falcons to a 35-14 victory over the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Robinson rushed for 194 yards and two touchdowns, capitalizing on the return of quarterback Michael Penix Jr. The Falcons took advantage of Penix's presence, scoring 27 straight points after an early 7-0 deficit. The Packers, fresh off a 13-game home opener streak, fell to their first home opener loss since 2012.

Penix had a solid debut, completing 18 of 25 passes for 256 yards, a touchdown and an interception. Robinson's 55-yard touchdown run set up his own 3-yard score, making him and Drake London the first teammates to each reach 150 yards from scrimmage against the Packers at Lambeau Field. Green Bay's Jordan Love threw for 312 yards with two touchdowns and an interception, but the Packers' offensive line struggles, including the absence of left guard Aaron Banks and right tackle Zach Bako-Bewele, hindered their performance.
