Mumbai: Arkade Developers reported a substantial rise in its gross development value (GDV) for upcoming projects, soaring 500% to ₹18,000 crore, compared to ₹2,800 crore in August 2024. The company, recently listed after its ₹410-crore IPO in September 2024, has expanded its project portfolio from eight to 15 projects. The saleable carpet area for upcoming projects surged over 500% to 57 lakh sq ft, while the total plot area increased 300% to 1.75 lakh sq m.

Arkade Developers' total income grew by 14% CAGR to ₹828 crore in FY26, up from ₹636 crore in FY24. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) reached ₹189 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 23%. The company secured a major redevelopment project in Kandivali East with a GDV of ₹1,100 crore.
