The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has apprehended three individuals accused of vandalising Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) pipelines in Dafa village, Kwali Area Council, Abuja.
