Bryan Seaver, who managed Parton's security detail and was chosen by the singer to announce her death, is accused of sending threatening messages over several weeks. Seaver's actions led to his termination from "She's Alive," the entity that manages Parton's professional property and business.

The documents contain text messages and emails allegedly sent by Seaver, beginning just before Parton's passing. The messages include threats to ruin Parton's business partnerships and even claim that Seaver considered himself an "international arms dealer" after her death. The restraining order obtained by the estate seeks to prevent Seaver from approaching She's Alive employees, attorneys, and business partners, as well as maintaining a distance of 1,000 feet.
