Corleone, la finanza entra al liceo su richiesta degli studenti

A Corleone, the scientific high school of the IISS «Don Giovanni Colletto» is introducing a new financial and economic education path after a year of preparatory work. The school had already gathered the support of families of first-year students for the 2026-2027 academic year. The goal is to continue the financial education, teaching students how to evaluate proposals, understand money-related risks, and protect their savings.

A technical-scientific committee, consisting of teachers from the institute, representatives of the banking world, and academics from the University of Palermo's Department of Economic, Business, and Statistical Sciences, will oversee the project. Davide Passero, CEO of Alleanza Assicurazioni, attended the inauguration and explained that the company has been collaborating with the school since May 2025, following a conversation with students about financial literacy and social inclusion.
