Sivasangari targets Asian Games gold, Olympic berth

She aims to defend her titles at the Aichi-Nagoya Games and secure an Olympic berth. Ranked fifth globally, the 27-year-old begins her Asian Games campaign tomorrow. Sivasangari views representing Malaysia at the Asian Games as significant and sees the event as an opportunity to secure an Olympic qualification. While her primary goal is to win, she emphasizes the importance of focusing on other aspects during the process.

After six weeks of intensive training in Prague, she will compete in PSA tournaments in London and Qatar, which she believes will help her regain her competitive rhythm.
