Qasr Al-Hukm Palace opens to visitors for Saudi National Day

Qasr Al-Hukm Palace will be open to visitors from September 23-26 to mark Saudi National Day. The King's Commission for Riyadh City and the Riyadh Governorate are hosting the Tour of Qasr Al-Hukm event, offering a chance to explore the historic landmark from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The palace, which has witnessed key moments in Saudi Arabia's political, administrative, and cultural development for over two centuries, has been a seat of governance and a meeting place for citizens and leaders.

Notable residents include Imam Turki bin Abdullah and King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman, who lived there for nearly three decades. The tour includes stops with historical exhibits, such as the Salman and Riyadh exhibition, featuring rare photographs of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's leadership and contributions to Riyadh's growth.

Visitors can tour various palace wings, including the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' office, Governor of Riyadh's office, the grand reception hall, and the main dining hall. Photography areas, souvenirs, and a wall for visitors to share their impressions are also part of the event, which aims to raise awareness of Riyadh's history and landmarks, strengthen national heritage ties, and highlight the legacy of leaders who shaped the city's development.
