BAKU, September 22 - Max Verstappen, the four-time champion from Red Bull, is eager to continue his winning streak at the upcoming Azerbaijan Grand Prix. After a karting victory at Silverstone, the Dutch driver looks set to capitalize on his recent form. Verstappen secured a last-to-first position in a karting challenge, having won four of the last five races and finished second in Madrid.

The 28-year-old is confident that the Baku street circuit would provide the perfect platform for him to end his winning duck of the year and become the venue's first triple winner. He credits the team's hard work on the car's performance over the past few races for their positive momentum heading into Baku. The venue, known for its unpredictable races, features a mix of fast and tight corners, with seven different drivers having won the nine races held there.

Verstappen's main competitor, Red Bull teammate Kimi Antonelli, heads into the weekend aiming for his third consecutive win and ninth of the season. With safety cars frequently impacting the race, Verstappen will need Red Bull to overcome Mercedes' dominance.
