서강대학교, LG CNS와 AI·기술경영 분야 산학협력 업무협약 체결

Seoul National University (President Sim Jong-hyuk) and LG CNS (CEO Hyun Sun-kyun) announced their partnership agreement on September 17th, focusing on artificial intelligence, technology management, and related fields. Both institutions plan to strengthen their collaboration in training skilled professionals and establishing a joint cooperation system.

Key areas of cooperation include establishing and operating a contract course, joint education and research programs, internship and field education programs, joint research, and academic exchanges. The contract course will be designed based on LG CNS's needs and Seoul National University's educational expertise to provide students with the necessary professional knowledge and practical skills.

Joint industry-oriented project courses and capstone projects will be developed, with LG CNS providing project topics, relevant data, and mentorship from industry professionals. Seoul National University will be responsible for creating a suitable student and faculty team to execute the projects and manage the educational aspects.

Internship and fieldwork programs will also be organized to enhance students' industry experience and practical skills. The two institutions will jointly explore and pursue research collaborations in AI, technology management, and other relevant fields, utilizing each other's research resources, human resources, and technical information.

They will also actively engage in academic exchanges through seminars, workshops, lectures, and forums to broaden the university-industry collaboration. The cooperation will be facilitated by a practical advisory board or operation committee, which will monitor the progress of the projects and identify new collaboration opportunities.

Seoul National University and LG CNS aim to leverage their respective strengths in education, research, and industry experience to continuously expand their collaboration in AI and technology management education and research.
