Cindy Crawford’s son, Presley Gerber dead at 27

Presley Gerber, the 27-year-old son of model Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, died on Sunday at a rehabilitation facility, according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner records. The medical examiner's office has not yet disclosed the cause of death. Crawford's spokesperson, Allie Jenkins, requested privacy for the family during this difficult time.

Presley, a model like his mother and sister Kaia, made his modeling debut at 16 for Italian fashion house Moschino. He went on to represent brands such as Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, and Bottega Veneta. Presley's father, Rande Gerber, co-founded the popular tequila brand Casamigos with actor George Clooney. In recent years, Presley had been open about his own mental health struggles and substance abuse issues.

In a 2023 interview with the Studio 22 podcast, he stated, "Having struggled with mental health, depression and some other things that come along with that, I think that whether I help one person or a hundred people get out of that place that I was in at one point in my life, that's all I need to do." Kaia, in the latest issue of American Vogue, shared her perspective on her brother's battle with addiction, saying, "When something like that happens in a family, it kind of levels everyone.

I think that's also why I started to self-identify as the easy one and never wanted to ask for help."
