F-35 parts diverted to Hong Kong: Has China gained access to US stealth tech?

Negroni Week returns for its 14th edition in Hong Kong and Macau, featuring a worldwide series of bar and restaurant events. Esteemed bartenders from globally recognized establishments will host guest shifts, collaborations, and exclusive happenings throughout Asia. Hong Kong and Macau, sister Special Administrative Regions, are both included in the program.

On Monday, September 21, Zuma will host a double guest shift during the Negroni Week opening party. Matteo Cadeddu from Opium Bangkok, recently ranked No. 25 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026, and Michele Montauti, beverage director at Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, will be the featured mixologists. Alongside the guest bartenders' concoctions, Zuma will serve two limited-edition Negroni variations, such as a white truffle-infused rendition and a lacto-fermented tomato twist on the Americano made with Campari.

Thursday, September 24, brings Joash Conceicao from Singapore’s Offtrack to Pony & Plume in Capella at Galaxy Macau. The bar recently secured No. 16 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026, so visitors who cannot make it to Bangkok can opt for a ferry ride to Macau instead. Pony & Plume will also host a Negroni Night Fever party that evening, offering classic cocktails and contemporary favorites, including the Rosita, Campari Spritz, and, of course, the classic Negroni.
