SONAR Launches SCI Custom Insights — Free Webinar Demo October 1

Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) platform SONAR has introduced a new feature called SCI: Custom Insights, which provides real-time, actionable insights for shippers based on their own freight data. During a free live webinar on October 1st at 2:30 PM ET, SONAR will demonstrate how this tool works. SCI: Custom Insights is part of the SONAR Supply Chain Intelligence platform and is available to members of the SONAR Shipper Consortium.

By analyzing tendered volume, accepted/rejected tenders, carrier information, rates, and lane activity, the platform creates a comprehensive view of network performance. Three core areas within SCI: Custom Insights include Network Health, which offers an executive-level summary of the entire transportation network; AI-driven insights that detect shifts in volume demand, rates, and capacity; and Benchmarking, which examines lanes individually and categorizes them as High Risk, Savings Opportunity, Carrier-Dependent, or Efficiency Zone.

Additionally, Volume Compliance maps planned vs. actual freight movement, while Network Optimization analyzes the markets and carriers driving results. The webinar will cover the platform's features, including Network Health, Lane-level benchmarking, Carrier Intelligence, Network Analysis by origin and destination market, and the relationship between Custom Insights and Manual Analysis.
