The idea to put a giant observation wheel in the middle of stunning Queen Victoria Park in Niagara Falls, Ont., might be dead, but plans for another big attraction for the park remains alive, with a proposal for an elevated tram system. People are already taking sides, for or against, what a local MPP is referring to as a "gondola."
