Uttar Pradesh: Yogi Govt To Showcase Semiconductor Ecosystem At SEMICON India 2026 In New Delhi

Lucknow, September 16, 2026 - Uttar Pradesh is poised to display its burgeoning semiconductor and electronics manufacturing capabilities on an international stage at SEMICON India 2026. The event, scheduled from September 17 to 19, 2026, at Yashobhoomi (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi, will serve as a platform to highlight the state's rapidly expanding semiconductor ecosystem, electronics manufacturing prowess, policy support, and future readiness.

The Yogi Government will take center stage to present Uttar Pradesh's emerging semiconductor and electronics sector, underscoring the state's significant role within India's burgeoning electronics manufacturing landscape. To achieve this, the government plans to showcase promotional videos illustrating the state's robust infrastructure, favorable policies, and forward-looking preparedness.

The main theme of the event is "Transform Tomorrow - Silicon to Systems: Building Global Supply Chains," encompassing discussions and exhibitions that span the complete value chain of the semiconductor and electronics sectors. The exhibition space will span across 2 lakh square feet, featuring over 500 exhibitors from across the industry. Additionally, the event will showcase 10 State Pavilions, 7 Country Pavilions, and a dedicated Startup Pavilion for 40 startups.

Key participants at SEMICON India 2026 will include more than 150 speakers, roundtable discussions with state governments, training sessions, specialized tracks on electronics and components, and country-specific roundtables. These activities are designed to foster dialogue among diverse stakeholders, including states, companies, and global partners.
