Eligible Singapore citizens aged 18 and above who attend these AI courses will receive a six-month complimentary subscription to premium AI tools, including ChatGPT Plus, Google AI Pro, Manus AI, Microsoft 365 Personal, and Singtel AI Pass.

SWDA introduced a one-stop portal for employers called OurWorkforce, which replaces the existing SkillsFuture for Business website. This portal will offer a suite of training and workforce development initiatives for employers, enabling them to find relevant courses, receive customised recommendations based on their business needs, and access digital tools to identify transformation opportunities, redesign jobs, and adopt AI effectively.
In addition to these measures, SWDA announced a curated catalogue of over 200 AI courses offered by about 30 SWDA-supported training providers. The agency also partnered with the Singapore Institute of Technology to develop the AI Ready Quiz, an online self-assessment tool that helps individuals evaluate their AI readiness and recommend suitable learning resources and AI courses for continued skill development.
