Ex-Infosys chief Vishal Sikka’s Hang Ten raises another $53M for enterprise AI services

Enterprise AI services startup Hang Ten Systems Inc. has raised an additional $53 million in a second seed round, following its first $32 million round just five weeks earlier. Hang Ten offers advisory, transformation, and applied AI services to large enterprises struggling to integrate AI into their businesses. Their delivery model relies on agentic code generation, a reusable library of skills, and domain experts to build, modify, and run enterprise software at a lower cost and faster timeline than traditional systems integrators.

Founder and CEO Vishal Sikka notes that the "build" aspect of their process has nearly no marginal cost or time required. Two rounds of funding closed within weeks of each other, with several multi-million dollar contracts signed with global enterprises during this period. The company currently has 21 large enterprise clients, including Saudi Arabian Oil Co. and Siemens Energy AG's wind unit Siemens Gamesa.

The new capital will be used to expand delivery capacity for existing projects and build a larger engineering and consulting team. Hang Ten's engineers and consultants are located in the U.S., Middle East, and Australia, with plans to expand into Europe and India. Founded by former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka, the company aims to make enterprise AI not only powerful but also reliable.
