MACC officer apologises as defence seeks contempt action in Jana Wibawa trial
KUALA LUMPUR: The defence team today applied to the High Court here for a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) investigating officer in the trial of the Jana Wibawa programme to be held in contempt of court over the commission’s action in lodging a police report.
