Ryan Baird, a father of two young children, recently moved his family from The Springs to a four-bedroom villa in Town Square, Dubai. The family, which includes Ryan, his wife Caroline, and their children Skylah Luna and Blaze Maverick, both under three years old, decided to make the move due to a rise in rent and the need for more space to accommodate their growing family.

The new villa, located in Hayat Villas, offers four bedrooms, a maid's room, a private garden, and two parking spaces. The family enjoys various amenities, such as padel courts, playgrounds, tennis courts, and pools, which make their daily life convenient and enjoyable. Ryan mentioned that the area's community-oriented atmosphere and easy access to essential services, including nurseries, schools, supermarkets, and restaurants, make it an ideal place to live.

Despite some challenges related to road traffic, the recent road expansion has significantly improved the family's commuting experience. The family pays Dh150,000 per year for their rental home, which they find to be a great value for their money. Ryan and his family particularly enjoy the gym, the pool, and the padel courts, which they use regularly.

While they would like their office to be closer to the house, they are content with the overall living experience and the proximity to the beach. Ryan's ultimate goal is to purchase property in Dubai, and they are actively looking for a suitable home to make their dream a reality.
