Kerajaan junjung titah Agong siasat TH, Felda, bukan mahu ugut pemimpin Umno

The Malaysian government consistently maintains that it has no involvement in judicial or authority agencies' decisions to initiate or halt investigations into any case, according to Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil. The government did not issue a statement to entice Umno leaders, asserting that the Sultan Ibrahim, the King, emphasized thorough investigation until the source, referring to issues related to the Tabungan Haji (TH) and Felda schemes.

This statement by the King was not made by the Prime Minister or the party, but by the King himself, as reported by Berita Harian in Kuala Lumpur.

On August 8th, Sultan Ibrahim stated that the thorough investigation had been conducted down to the root involving TH and Felda, while emphasizing that all parties involved are responsible for their actions. Umno Kedah Spokesperson Shaiful Hazizy Zainol Abidin claimed during the Umno General Assembly (PAU) meeting that the government unlawfully used institutions and authority bodies to tarnish its image, specifically referring to the former TH chairman, Abdul Azeez Rahim, and the former Deputy Prime Minister for Religious Affairs, Jamil Khir Baharom.

Meanwhile, Fahmi, who is also the government's spokesperson, expressed confidence that the current administration can continue to serve at the highest level until the end of its term, stating, "I believe we can do our best until the end of the term."
