UCL: Osimhen absent as Galatasaray unveils starting XI against Sporting

Victor Osimhen, the Nigerian striker and Galatasaray forward, will not be participating in the UEFA Champions League match against Sporting CP. The reason for his absence is a recent adductor injury sustained during a league game against Başakşehir. Osimhen had also been omitted from the travelling squad for the match. Galatasaray's manager, Okan Buruk, will start Barış Alper Yılmaz in the attack, with Leroy Sané, Aleksey Batrakov, and Yunus Akgün providing support. Injuries have also ruled out Mario Lemina and Wilfried Singo from the starting lineup.
