All candidates who have qualified for the Combined Medical Services (CMS) Examination 2026 written test, and are eligible to take part in the Personality Test/Interview, must update their application forms by September 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The deadline is firm, and candidates must submit their Common Application Form (CAF) through the official UPSC portal upsconline.nic.in. The CMS 2026 written examination took place on August 2, 2026, with results announced on September 1, 2026.

To update their application forms, candidates must log in to the UPSC portal and access the CAF for the CMS Examination 2026. They must then modify their personal, educational, and other relevant details. This includes providing their current educational qualification status, uploading supporting documents, and providing details of any previous examinations or achievements.
