I ran Lodven on Lodven, a marketing diagnosis agent for founders

Lodven is a marketing diagnosis tool designed specifically for technical founders. By inputting a URL, it analyzes the site across nine key dimensions such as positioning and offer clarity, conversion and trust, SEO and crawlability, GEO (search engine optimization for AI answer engines), analytics readiness, and more. After completing the analysis, it provides the top three experiments to run, along with a GitHub issue, schema patch, and Google Analytics 4 specification.

This tool focuses on closing the loop by finding actual broken areas, running one experiment, measuring the results, and repeating the process.

When I inputted lodven.com into Lodven, the sharpest finding was that there was very little external evidence about the product. The majority of referral traffic came from my own tweets, Stripe checkout bounce-backs, and Google sign-ins. There was a lack of content from external sources about the product, which also means that AI answer engines have nothing to cite when someone searches for information about site-diagnosis tools.

The experiment that Lodven prioritized was practical and tangible, and I am running it publicly along with all the other findings.

This approach exemplifies the core idea behind Lodven: diagnosing, experimenting with concrete solutions, and documenting both successful and unsuccessful experiments. By using such a tool on one's own site, individuals can identify areas they may have been overlooking.
