Decomposed body of unidentified man found in overgrown area in Bukit Jelutong

Shah Alam police have announced the discovery of an unidentified man's decomposed body in a heavily vegetated area close to Jalan Persiaran Balairong U8 in Bukit Jelutong on September 8. District police chief ACP Sarudin Samah reported receiving a public alert around 2:45 pm, which prompted a team to be dispatched to the site. The police were unable to identify the deceased due to the absence of any identification documents found at the location.

An examination of the body could not be conducted because of its state, with the police estimating that the man had passed away more than a week prior. The body was subsequently transferred to the Forensic Medicine Department at Al-Sultan Abdullah Hospital, UiTM Puncak Alam, for a post-mortem examination scheduled for 2 pm on the same day.
