Mary Kom enters Bigg Boss 20, vows to bring discipline to the house: 'Everyone will wake up at one time'

Boxing legend and politician Mary Kom has joined the Bigg Boss house as the oldest contestant of Season 20, set to premiere on Salman Khan's show. Mary Kom, known for her disciplined athletic lifestyle, plans to bring order and teamwork to the house. She aims to establish a shared daily routine, with everyone waking up simultaneously, and insists that any activities inside the house remain private.

Mary Kom emphasized the importance of collective effort, stating that chores like cooking and cleaning should be shared among the contestants, rather than falling on a single individual. She believes that everyone must contribute to the household tasks in a disciplined and organized manner. Mary Kom, a multiple-time Olympic and Asian Games medalist, is the only woman to have won the World Amateur Boxing Championship six times.

She also holds the record for the most world championship medals in women's boxing. Originally from Imphal, Manipur, Kom has defied odds both in her sporting career and in her political journey, earning the Padma Vibhushan, India's second-highest civilian award, in 2020.
