Ecija ficha a Eva Santervás como socia de regulación financiera

Ecija has signed Eva Santervás as a partner in their financial regulation practice. The young lawyer brings over 15 years of experience advising some of Spain's top financial entities and fintech companies. She joins the firm, led by Alejandro Touriño from Deloitte Legal, where she specialized in financial regulation for the past 15 years.

Throughout her career, Eva has advised major Spanish and international financial and fintech firms on topics such as banking services, payment processing, consumer credit, anti-money laundering, and digital assets. The firm's incorporation of Santervás will enable them to expand their services for the financial sector and enhance their banking and financial team's capabilities.

This move particularly strengthens their regulatory advice and synergy with other areas of the firm related to fintech, digital assets, technology, data protection, compliance, and commercial law.
