Anthropic IPO launch shifts toward mid-October

As part of the IPO process, Anthropic is working on finalizing a $15 billion revolving credit facility. Following this, analysts from the involved banks are expected to meet with the company. Bloomberg News reported that Anthropic is in discussions to potentially expand this facility to $15 billion. Analyst meetings are typically held a few weeks before the IPO prospectus is made public, but Anthropic is expected to have a shorter window due to the company's familiarity with the analysts.
