Three teenage girls involved in scuffle over photo

Kuala Pilah police are currently probing a fight that erupted among three teenage girls at Dataran Melang, an incident that quickly went viral on social media. Superintendent Muhamad Mustafah Hussin, head of the local police force, reported receiving a complaint about the altercation last Wednesday.

The dispute originated when a 15-year-old female student, accompanied by her brother, visited Dataran Melang to meet two friends. The incident arose from a disagreement following the sharing of the student's photo online. As the reunion took place, a physical altercation broke out, resulting in injuries to the complainant, according to Mustafah in a statement today.

Following the fight, the teenager and her father returned home. However, the next day, she and her father visited one of the involved girls' homes to resolve the matter. Subsequently, a police report was filed. The police are treating the incident with seriousness and are diligently investigating to ascertain the true cause of the fight and identify all individuals involved, Mustafah emphasized.
