Jensen finishes a single shy of the cycle to help Royals win 7-3 and avoid sweep against Marlins

Jensen not only drove in three runs but also scored three times, contributing significantly to the Royals' win.

Jensen has been on a hot streak, hitting three home runs in the last two games for the Royals. The team is currently tied with the Colorado Rockies and the Athletics, each having experienced three sweeps this season.

In a pitching duel, Michael Wacha (9-8) lasted six innings, allowing three runs, walking two, and striking out seven. For the Marlins, Sandy Alcantara (13-9) pitched six innings, ceding four runs and six hits. Heriberto Hernández made history by hitting his first career leadoff home run off Wacha.

The Marlins managed to score once in the second inning when Jakob Marsee led off with a double and later scored on Joe Mack's single.
