HH the Amir receives message from President of Uzbekistan

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a verbal communication from Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of Uzbekistan. The conversation took place during a meeting at Lusail Palace this morning, which included Mirziyoyev and his delegation. Saida Mirziyoyeva, the Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, delivered the message.

Upon its arrival, the message conveyed warm regards from Mirziyoyev to His Highness and his hopes for the Qatari people's continued progress and prosperity.

In response, HH the Amir addressed Mirziyoyev with his own greetings, extending well wishes for the Uzbek President's health and the welfare of the Uzbek people, alongside aspirations for continued development and growth.

The discussion during the meeting centered on strengthening bilateral ties and identifying avenues for mutual enhancement across various sectors. Accompanying the Amir were HE Chief of the Amiri Diwan Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi and Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al-Thani, Chairperson of Qatar Museums.
