Netanyahu warns that an attack from Tehran would be 'one of their last decisions'

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu cautioned that a possible attack from Tehran would represent one of Iran’s final actions, during a visit to the Afiki Daat Hesder Yeshiva in Sderot on Wednesday. He addressed the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip and Iran's threats as he spoke.

Netanyahu emphasized that Iran is attacking and threatening everyone, but refrains from targeting Israel due to the gravity of such an act. The prime minister also discussed the altered security situation in the Gaza Strip, attributing it to Israel's actions. He highlighted the recent killing of key Hamas figures, including Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Deif, Ismail Haniyeh, Mohammed Sinwar, Hassan Nasrallah, and Izz al-Din al-Haddad, stating that these moves are reshaping the threat landscape in Israel.

Netanyahu listed the senior Hamas leaders who have been eliminated since the October 7 Hamas attack, asserting that Israel is progressively removing threats against the State. At the outset of his address, Netanyahu commended hesder yeshiva students for their participation in the fighting, describing their efforts as a blend of Torah, sacrifice, and bravery. He extended his salute to the students on behalf of the entire Israeli population.

During the visit, some students began singing anti-Palestinian songs, including an edited version of Remember Me, a song associated with far-right extremism. The students chanted lines advocating for revenge against Palestinians, as reported by N12 News. This incident occurred amid the prime minister's visit, raising concerns about the environment and messages being conveyed to the students by their actions.
